What is Student Support?
Student Support is in the form of mentoring, in-class or out-of-class support of students. This is assigned to you by SLT.
What is Whole School Support?
Whole School Support is essentially supporting all staff and all students during unstructured times. To supervise students.
What are Centre Duties?
Centre Duties means being available on-call for incidents, overseeing general centre operations from the Main Foyer (including supporting unstructured times), and assigning staff for student support allocations (Supervision / monitoring of students).
What is the lesson observation expectation?
At least two lesson observations per staff member per week as part of SLT Centre Duties.
